Designed to be read, not hidden.
These terms explain the agreement between IPTV UK and each customer or website visitor. Please read them before placing an order.
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service apply when you use iiptvuk.store, submit an order, receive activation details or ask IPTV UK to provide related setup support. By placing an order or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.
If you do not agree, do not place an order or use issued credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into the agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
Service description
IPTV UK provides the digital subscription, activation information, compatibility guidance and support described on the website and in the customer’s order confirmation. Features, connection limits, duration and price depend on the selected plan.
Compatible playback normally requires a suitable internet connection, supported device and third-party player application. IPTV UK does not manufacture those devices or control third-party app stores, internet providers or player applications.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any service or content is lawful in your location and that you are entitled to access it.
User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact and order information, check device compatibility, maintain a suitable internet connection and follow reasonable installation and security guidance.
- Keep activation details confidential and use only the number of simultaneous connections purchased.
- Use a secure email account and notify support promptly if credentials may have been exposed.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, payment status, device or support history.
- Only access material you are legally entitled to receive and view.
More detailed restrictions appear in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Accounts and access credentials
Some services may be delivered through activation credentials rather than a traditional website account. Credentials remain associated with the order and may not be sold, publicly posted, sublicensed or shared beyond the connection allowance.
You are responsible for activity carried out using your credentials unless you have promptly reported suspected compromise. We may reset, suspend or replace credentials where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse or restore secure access.
Prices, payments and order confirmation
Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. The final amount, plan length and number of connections are displayed during checkout. You must use a payment method you are authorised to use.
An automated submission or payment record does not always mean an order has been accepted. We may need to verify payment, correct an obvious pricing error, request missing details or decline an order where fraud, abuse or legal concerns arise. If an order is declined after payment has been captured, the appropriate amount will be returned.
Payment providers may apply their own terms, checks, currency conversion or processing times.
Activation and digital delivery
Activation begins after the order and payment are confirmed. Delivery normally takes place by the contact method supplied at checkout. You are responsible for entering a working email address and WhatsApp number and for checking spam or filtered folders.
If you ask us to begin supplying the digital service during any statutory cancellation period, we may request your express consent and acknowledgement that cancellation rights can be affected once supply has begun or been completed, but only to the extent permitted by law.
Contact support promptly if activation details have not arrived within the timeframe communicated with your order.
Availability, maintenance and compatibility
We aim to provide a reliable experience, but continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting issues, internet routing, device updates, app-store changes, third-party player faults and events outside reasonable control may affect access.
Compatibility information is based on the device and app versions reasonably known at the time. Manufacturers and app developers may change or withdraw features without notice. Contact support before ordering if a specific device or application is essential to you.
Prohibited use
You must not use the website, support channels, credentials or service to break the law, infringe intellectual property rights, attack systems, evade connection limits, resell unauthorised access, distribute credentials, harass staff or other users, send spam, introduce malware or interfere with another customer’s experience.
Automated scraping, credential testing, vulnerability exploitation and attempts to bypass security or payment controls are prohibited unless IPTV UK has given specific written authorisation for legitimate security testing.
Liability
IPTV UK is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses caused by your device, local network, internet provider, an unsupported application, unauthorised credential sharing or events outside our reasonable control.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
The service is supplied for personal use unless a separate written business agreement says otherwise. We are not responsible for business losses such as lost profit, revenue, opportunity or data arising from consumer use.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time, subject to the Refund Policy and any statutory rights. We may suspend access while investigating a security issue, payment reversal, material breach, unlawful use or serious risk to the service.
Where reasonable, we will explain the concern and allow an opportunity to correct it. Immediate suspension or termination may be appropriate for fraud, attacks, repeated abuse, unlawful activity or conduct that creates serious risk to others.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may update features, supported methods, prices for future orders or these terms. A change will not normally reduce a paid fixed-duration plan without a valid operational, security or legal reason.
The updated terms will show a revised date. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated in a reasonable way and any mandatory cancellation or remedy rights will be respected.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except that a consumer living elsewhere may retain mandatory protections and the right to bring proceedings in the courts available under applicable consumer law.
Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. This does not restrict your right to seek independent advice, use an available dispute-resolution route or bring a claim.
