This policy applies to the website, checkout, support channels, activation credentials and any related service supplied by IPTV UK.
The core principle
Use IPTV UK lawfully, securely and only within the plan purchased. Do not harm other users, staff, systems, rights holders or third-party services.
You are responsible for activity carried out with your credentials and for taking reasonable steps to keep them confidential.
Illegal or infringing behaviour
You must not use the website or service to commit, encourage or conceal unlawful activity. This includes copyright infringement, fraud, unauthorised access, distribution of unlawful material, evasion of sanctions or payment controls, and violation of another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
You must only access content and services you are legally entitled to use in your location.
Account and credential abuse
- Do not sell, lease, sublicense, publicly share or publish activation credentials.
- Do not exceed the simultaneous connection limit included in the order.
- Do not use credentials obtained through theft, fraud, credential stuffing or another unauthorised source.
- Do not impersonate another customer or use false contact or payment information.
- Do not repeatedly create accounts or orders to evade a suspension, limit or payment obligation.
Unauthorised resale, redistribution and restreaming
Unless a separate written reseller agreement has been signed, the service is for the customer’s personal use. You must not restream, rebroadcast, record for redistribution, commercially exploit or package access for other people.
You must not remove rights-management information, bypass access controls or provide tools or instructions designed primarily to enable infringement.
Spam, harassment and support abuse
Do not use contact forms, email, WhatsApp or any interactive feature to send spam, threats, discriminatory abuse, repeated irrelevant messages, malicious attachments or content designed to deceive staff or customers.
Reasonable follow-up about an unresolved issue is welcome. Repeatedly opening duplicate requests, using abusive language or making knowingly false payment or security claims may result in channel restrictions.
Automation and website misuse
You must not use bots, scrapers, scripts or automated requests in a way that places unreasonable load on the website, collects personal data, tests stolen credentials, bypasses rate limits, manipulates checkout or copies protected content at scale.
Ordinary search-engine indexing and assistive technology are permitted. Legitimate security research requires prior written authorisation and an agreed scope.
Security and harmful activity
Prohibited security activity includes introducing malware, phishing, denial-of-service attacks, scanning without permission, exploiting a vulnerability, interfering with session or CSRF controls, intercepting traffic or attempting to gain access to systems or data you are not authorised to use.
If you discover a potential vulnerability, stop testing, preserve only the minimum evidence and report it privately to [email protected].
Investigation and enforcement
We may investigate activity reasonably suspected of breaching this policy. Measures can include requesting information, resetting credentials, limiting a support channel, suspending access, terminating the service, preserving relevant records and reporting serious unlawful conduct to an appropriate provider or authority.
Where practical and safe, we will consider the seriousness, evidence, impact and whether the issue can be corrected. Immediate action may be taken where there is fraud, active attack, serious infringement or risk to others.
Suspension, termination and refunds
A material or repeated breach may lead to suspension or termination under the Terms of Service. A discretionary refund is not normally available where termination results from serious misuse, but mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Reporting misuse
Report suspected abuse to [email protected] with the relevant date, page or account reference and a factual description. Do not include passwords, full card details or unlawfully obtained personal data.
