The checkout requests a server-generated anti-forgery token. The server may set a standard PHP session cookie, commonly named PHPSESSID, so that the token can be linked to the current browser session.

This cookie is used to protect form submission and is ordinarily deleted when the browser session ends. Blocking it may prevent checkout security from working correctly.

Where the optional AI chat widget is enabled, it stores a generated session identifier and chat history in the browser’s local storage. The current keys are:

Local storage does not expire automatically in the same way as a session cookie. You can clear it through browser site-data controls. Disabling or clearing it may reset the chat.

The supplied website code does not currently include Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or another third-party analytics tracker. We may still review basic server logs for security and operational troubleshooting.

If analytics technology is introduced, this policy and any consent interface will be updated. Non-essential analytics storage will not be activated before consent where consent is legally required.

The supplied website code does not currently include advertising pixels or behavioural marketing cookies. IPTV UK does not currently use website cookie data to build advertising profiles.

If marketing technology is added later, it will be listed clearly, kept disabled until any required consent is given, and accompanied by a straightforward way to withdraw that consent.

Following a link to a payment provider, messaging service, app store or another website may allow that third party to set its own cookies. IPTV UK does not control third-party storage on their separate services.

Review the relevant provider’s privacy and cookie information before using it, particularly where an account sign-in or payment is involved.

You can use the website’s consent controls if and when non-essential technologies are offered. You can also remove cookies and local storage through your browser settings.

• Deleting site data may sign you out, reset chat history or interrupt an active checkout session.
• Blocking all cookies may prevent strictly necessary security features from working.
• Browser “do not track” signals are not interpreted consistently across the web, so direct consent controls are preferred where available.

Most browsers allow you to view stored site data, delete it for a particular website, block third-party cookies or clear data when the browser closes. The exact route depends on the browser and device version.

Use your browser’s current help documentation for accurate instructions. On a shared device, remember that clearing browser data may affect other users and websites.
